Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Major inclusion criteria: Persons aged >=20 and <75 years scheduled to undergo Barium enema X-ray examination. Major exclusion criteria: Persons who have or are suspected of having gastrointestinal obstruction or intestinal obstruction. Persons who have intestinal perforation. Persons who have toxic megacolon.
