Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of histologically-confirmed, metastatic or advanced breast cancer. 2. Presence of at least one unidimensionally measurable disease. 3. No more than three prior chemotherapy regimens for metastatic disease. 4. Patients with metastatic breast cancer previously treated with an Anthracycline and who are resistant to Taxane. 5. Performance status 0 - 1.
