Inclusion criteria: 1)males or females older than 18 year-old 2)a history of stable angina pectoris for at least one month ( according to the Guideline for Diagnosis of Angina Pectoris in China) 3)chest pain being relievable by short-acting nitrates 4)willing to provid written informed consent
