Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have diffuse parenchymal lung disease confirmed by chest high resolution computed tomography and any of the following diseases which are included in the Group 3 under the updated clinical classification of pulmonary hypertension: Interstitial lung disease Other pulmonary diseases with mixed restrictive and obstructive pattern

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have any of the following diseases which are included in the Group 3 under the updated clinical classification of pulmonary hypertension: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Sleep-disordered breathing Alveolar hypoventilation disorders Chronic exposure to high altitude Developmental lung diseases
