Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 2 years or older and younger than 19 years 2) Patients who visited the hospital within 6 hours to 7 days after developing a fever of 37.8 degree Celsius or higher 3) Patients who developed any of the clinical symptoms of cough, sore throat, nasal discharge, or dyspnea before visiting the hospital. 4) Patients giving written consent from the study subjects or their guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of anaphylaxis after receiving influenza vaccine 2) Patients who have already received anti-influenza drugs for this influenza-like illness 3) Patients who received prophylactic anti-influenza drugs for this influenza-like illness 4) Patients who developed this influenza-like illness during hospitalization 5) Patients admitted to facilities such as infant homes or children's homes 6) Patients residing outside the prefecture where the medical institution participating in the study is located
