Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients diabetic patients with HbA1c>7.0% (NGSP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of Teneligliptin 2. complicated with severe cardiac,renal and liver diseases 3. The patients whom the investigating physician disagree with enrollment
