Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral infarction confirmed with MRI (DWI). 2. Treatment started within 8 hrs after the onset of the symptoms (type A) and 24 hrs (type B, type C).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe pulmonary and airway diseases, including asthma, COPD and pneumothorax. Pregnancy, Psychiatric disease, any hemorrhagic disease.
