Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient who consulted the visitors of the orthopedics of this garden, or dermatology by NSAIDs one month or more to NAHD by the national Hansens disease sanatorium entrance person, from patient 2 Jan 30, 2013 under medication medical treatment to March 31, 2013 Aged 20 and over, sex unquestioned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient without patient 3 self-diagnosis capability while taking MAO-B inhibitor now patient less than two LDH/AST 2 when it has critical liver disease the patient who has a therapeutic experience to NAHD until now by tramadol hydrochloride salt / acetaminophen combination tablet pregavaline, and an extract from cutaneous tissue of rabbit inoculated with vaccinia virus-- the patient who, in addition to this, judged that a principal investigator and a research responsibility doctor were unsuitable
