Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized at the trial institutions on July 19, 2019, ages 18 to 75, and AUDIT-C scores 5 or more for men and 4 or more for women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the intensive care unit or high care unit or maternal-fetal intensive care unit or patients who do not obtain written consent
