Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older women with multi-combined frailty such as physical, socoal, psychological, oral frailty, and mild cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronin disease such severe knee and low backl pain, heart disease, and unstable cardiac conditions. Blood pressure more than SBP180mmHg, and DBP 100mmHg.
