Inclusion criteria: Low back pain on standing(+),Low back pain on sitting(-), sign or symptoms of lower extremities(-),distance between spinous process<3mm, spondylolisthesis<=1 degree, Scoliosis;Cobb angle=<15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spondylolisthesis>2degree, Scoliosis;Cobb angle>15
