Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who visit clinic as soon as they have initial symptoms of heat illness 2.Patients who have blood tests and treatment immediately after visiting clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with infective disease 2.Patients who visit clinic over 30 minutes later after having symptoms
