Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed vocal fold atrophy, sulcus vocals or vocal fold scar by using laryngoscopy and maximum phonation time is less than 15 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiens who underwent thyroplasty (type 1) or injection therapy on vocal fold, or are not tolerable to surgery under local anesthesia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
volume of vocal fold, vibration of vocal fold and glottal gap are assessed using laryngoscope.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Maximum phonation time (MPT) , mean flow rate (MFR) and voice hadicap index-10 (VHI-10) are assessed.
