Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed vocal fold atrophy, sulcus vocals or vocal fold scar by using laryngoscopy and maximum phonation time is less than 15 seconds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiens who underwent thyroplasty (type 1) or injection therapy on vocal fold, or are not tolerable to surgery under local anesthesia.

volume of vocal fold, vibration of vocal fold and glottal gap are assessed using laryngoscope.	—
