Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with middle ear cholesteatoma or adhesive otitis media requiring tympanoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with critical illness as immunity deficiency, heart disease, renal disease, lever disease, diabetes mellitus, asthma, malignant tumor, etc. -Patients with infectious disease as HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA-ABS. -pregnant women, women suspected of being pregnant, and nursing women. -Patient with some complications (Doctor's judgment).
