Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who had Goligher 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids underwent combination therapy 2.the patients obtained the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients who have previous anal operation 2.the patients who have fissures or anal fistula 3.the patients who have irritable bowel syndrome 4.pregnancy or lactating women
