Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back patiants (Their pain maintain over 3 months from onset of pain). 2. Patients who come to our clinic for over a month. 3. Patients who are 20 years old or more and can sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had spinal injury within 6 months. 2. Spinal injury patients whose computed tomography pictures did not show bone union over 6 months. 3. Spinal cord tumor patients. 4. Spinal infection patients. 5. Patients who had stronger pain more than low back pain (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthrosis) 6. Patients who could not sign a consent form (e.g. by dementia) 7. Patients using auto liability insurance or industrial injury insurance, public livelihood assistance.
