Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for surgery to lung cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with renal dysfunction (eGFR <60), poor glycemic control, milk or soy allergy, vitamin D supplementation, and dementia or higher brain dysfunction
