Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: operation planned patients with upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma 2: more than 20 years old 3: performance Status 0-1 patients 4: more than 3 months for life expectancy 5: patients without organ dysfunction 6: patients who agreed to the trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: patients who do not have a radical operation for upper urinary tract urothelian carcinoma 2: patients who have the distant metastasis 3: previously treated patient of bladder cancer 4: severe diabetes 5: active infectious disease 6: severe mental disorder 7: active oeverlap cancer 8: patient that stuff judges the participation in this study to be inappropriate
