Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with middle ear cholesteatoma or adhesive otitis media

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Exclusion criteria includes immunity deficiency, heart disease, renal disease, lever disease, diabetes mellitus, asthma, malignant tumor. -Having infectious disease (including positive of HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA-ABS.) -Pregnant or nursing patients, those who may be pregnant -Subjects who are not unsuitable for this project by some complications (judged by the docter in charge).
