Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over age 75, have knee pain at baseline, no missing baseline data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely impaired mobility, restriction of exercise recommended by physician, dermal allergy to heat, unstable cardiac conditions or musculoskeletal conditions.
