Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with symptoms of the following two or more times *Dialysis blood flow rate less than 250ml *Dynamic venous pressure more than 180mmHg (when the blood flow 250ml/min dialysis) *Static venous pressure more than 70mmHg *The presence of more than 5% recirculation *Swelling of the limb vascular access clearly recognize the difference between the left and right *Obstruction (2) Patients with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not appropriate to participate to the trial.
