Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 6mm>CAL and radiographic bone loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) systematic diseases influencing periodontal surgery; 2) systematic medications affecting periodontal status; 3) pregnancy or lactation; 4) smoker; 5) sensitivity to minocycline and tetracycline.
