Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with diagnosis of osteoarthritis on both knees. They are capable of exercise therapy and have no difficulties to come to training facility on their own.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rheumatism or neuropathy.
