Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Has 3 of the following symptoms: weight-loss, muscle weakness, self-reported exhaustion, slow walking speed, low physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe knee of back pain, severely impaired mobility, impaired cognition, unstable cardiac conditions
