Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Untreated, de novo AML patients, who are positive for WT1-mRNA at diagnosis and achieve complete remission after initial remission-induction therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AML patients who do not meet the above condition.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between the level of WT1-mRNA in bone marrow after achieving CR state and 1-year relapse-free survival.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between characteristics of the patients and the change of WT1-mRNA level and survival.
