Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Cases with PCV, with or without type II CNV, according to diagnostic criteria by Japanese PCV society. 2 No prior treatment 3 Best corrected visual acuity < 0.6 4 Patients with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Greatest linear dimension >= 5400 micrometer 2 Myopia = 26.5mm
