Inclusion criteria: [Physician survey] 1.Medical experience in type 2 diabetes more than 3 years. 2.Treat more than 50 patients with type 2 diabetes per month [Patient survey] 1.20 years old or older 2.Have type 2 diabetes 3.Not a healthcare provider
