Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) joint rheumatic with hand arthritises (sharp pain VAS :5, more than) 2) on the back and the enough understanding which had the enough explanation in case of participation of a study and more than 20-year-old patient who could get consent by free will of the patient person himself by a document
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) the patient who has the medical history of the hyperesthesia to an ingredient of this pill 2) patient with infection in which effective anti-fungus agent doesn't exist and mycosis of the whole body 3) patient of peptic ulcer 4) patient with psychiatric disorder 5) tuberculosis, disease patient 6) simple herpes, patient with keratitis Patient of a vesica cataract behind the 7) 8) patient of glaucoma 9) patient of high blood pressure 10) patient with electrolyte abnormality 11) patient with thrombosis 12) the patient with a surgical wound of internal organs who went recently 13) the patient who has caused acute myocardial infarction 14) the following one of parts are the patient who is a prescription target. 1. In the synovial cavity with an infection, in the synovial bursa, in the tendon sheath or around the tendon 2. In the synovial cavity of a disturbed joint 15) pregnant woman, lactating woman and patient with a possibility that I'm pregnant 16) a doctor in attendance is the patient who judged that participation in this research was unsuitable.
