Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be eligible for enrollment, participants must be 1. At least 50 years of age at enrollment. 2. Diagnosed with osteoporosis based on their physicians judgment. If patients are given diagnosis at enrollment, the diagnoses are recommended to be based on the current clinical guidelines. 3. Able and willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Parkinsons disease or any other neuromuscular disease. 2. Diagnosed with Pagets disease. 3. Currently enrolled in a clinical trial or have participated in a clinical trial within past 6 months. 4. Considered by the investigator to be unwilling or unable to complete the study or comply with the protocol.

To describe the treatment pattern, such as class of pharmacological agents and no treatment, of Japanese osteoporotic patients aged 50 years and older by their renal function status
