Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as Alzheimer's Disease who are to be administered both donepezil hydrochloride and memantine hydrochloride for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any ingredients of Aricept or piperidine derivatives.
