Inclusion criteria: Patients had POAG Mean deviation>=-20dB IOP<=21.0mmHg Best corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better

Exclusion criteria: Any active ocular disease Active retinal disease Ocular surgery within 3 months History of trabeculotomy or trabeculectom
