Interventions

Perform 30 minutes of normal bicycle pedaling exercise and 30 minutes of bicycle pedaling exercise in the side-lying position, respectively.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Men and women between the ages of 20 and 45 at the time of consent 2)Non-smokers 3)No regular exercise habits within the past 6 months from the time of participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)People with severe heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, cerebrovascular disease, or other malignant diseases 2)People with inflammatory diseases 3)People with physical abnormalities other than those listed above that make exercise difficult 4)Persons who are prohibited from exercising by a physician 5)People who are currently taking medication that affects bone metabolism 6)People who used bone resorption inhibitors such as bisphosphonates or teriparatide until one year ago
