Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 patients aged 18 years or older undergoing general anesthesia The patients have no severe systemic complication (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status-PS 1-2). The research participant (anesthesiology patient) assigned to the research group is explained about the research during preoperative examination and anesthesia explanation. It is ensured that participation is voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative disability of central nervous system, Patients have past history of drug dependence, Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, Patients with disability of autonomic nervous system, Patients with diabetic neuropathy, Patients with Arrhythmias, Pregnant woman, Breast feeding mother, Patients with Myasthenia gravis Patients with end-stage renal failure (GFR <15 mL/min/1.73m2) and those undergoing dialysis Patients with alcohol addiction or alcohol use disorde Emergent surgial cases
