Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathological examination of endoscopic biopsy and/or surgical specimens. 2. Patients with stage IV advanced gastric cancer or recurrent gastric cancer. 3. HER2-negative status must be confirmed. 4. Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of consent, regardless of gender. 5. Patients receiving care either as inpatients or outpatients. 6. Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer and received medical care between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2027.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with synchronous multiple primary cancers. 2. Cases in which adenocarcinoma is not confirmed by pathological examination. 3. Patients who lack the capacity to provide informed consent. 4. Any other cases deemed inappropriate for study participation by the attending physician.
