Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia in the supine position without neuromuscular blockade. All patients were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old, with known or suspected difficult airway and a history of gastroesophageal reflux or increased risk factors for aspiration, with neuromuscular disorder, with contraindication to benzodiazepine
