Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: head and neck cancer patients receiving radiotherapy (IMRT) with dose greater than 50 Gy One or more parotid and submandibular glands are included in the field of radiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with problem in judgement
