Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Active collegiate taekwondo practitioners. 2. Possess a consistent competitive record as a top-three finalist at the national level. 3. Have maintained a regular training regimen of at least four sessions per week (minimum 3 hours per session) for no less than three consecutive years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, or musculoskeletal disorders. 2. Unable to maintain regular training schedules.
