Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy Japanese adult males aged 18 to 45 years at the time of consent Subjects weighing 50 to 80 kg Subjects with a BMI of 18.5 to 25.0 (rounded down to one decimal place)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons with a history of major gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastrectomy, gastrointestinal suture, or intestinal resection (appendectomy and inguinal hernia repair are acceptable). Persons with a history of serious illnesses, such as cerebrovascular disease, thromboembolism, ischemic heart disease, autoimmune disease, or convulsive disorders (including epilepsy). Persons with drug hypersensitivity or allergies. Alcohol or drug addicts.
