Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, and pharmacists working in clinics and hospitals within the study area 2.Medical professionals who may be involved in COVID-19 medical care and oral antiviral drug prescription 3.Those who have given their consent to participate in the study 4.Those who are able to participate in educational seminars or watch web-based videos during the study period 5.Those who are able to contact them by e-mail and answer electronic questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are expected to have difficulty in continuous participation due to transfer, retirement, etc. during the study period 2.Those who have difficulty in participating in the educational seminar (if neither face-to-face nor web-delivered participation is available) 3.Those who are unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire 4.Those who belong to a department or job type completely unrelated to COVID-19 medical care.
