Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age should be between 20 and 39 2. Participants should be healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (Exclusion criteria in terms of validation) 1. Drinking alcohol more than 3 days in the previous 2 weeks, or drinking more than 20g of alcohol in a day 2. Smoker 3. Having a medication record for sleeping pills (eg. ramelteon, suvorexant, or benzodiazepines) within 2 weeks 4. Having underlying health conditions 5. Having prescribed medication by hospitals 6. More than 3 days a week of waking up and acting between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
