Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bronchial asthma 2. Age: 18 years old or older 3. Gender: any gender 4. Any severity of asthma, but not during an exacerbation (attack) 5. Patients who have given a full explanation of their participation in this study, and who have given written consent of their own free will based on a thorough understanding of the subject's condition. 6. Patients who will visit the Respiratory Medicine outpatient clinic of our department from the date of approval by the head of the research institute to January 31, 2024, and are expected to use the patient condition management system for 4 to 6 weeks after obtaining consent. 7. Patients who can use the patient condition management system developed by the collaborating institutions.
