Interventions

On the day you are scheduled to get out of bed for the first time after surgery,a nurse will change your position and measure your vital sings(blood pressure,pulse,blood oxygen saturation)in the ward

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 years old or older with consent Those who were admitted to the West Ward on the 4th floor in 202 and underwent total hip arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: dementia patient ,A patient who required a large bone graft on the acetabular side,In case of intraoperative fracture,Patients who postoperative infections,In case of posutoperative vein thrombosis,Patients with postoperative nerve palsy,Patients with posutoperative dislocation,Patients with hip instability,Patients with orthostatic hypotension,Patients with diseases that cause autonomic neuropathy

Changes in blood pressure,pulse,and SPO2 at rest,sitting on the edge,and afte transferring to a wheelchair Presence or absence of subjective symptoms of orthostatic hypotension Pain increase or decrease on the face scale
