Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects are Japanese people aged 18 years or older who are healthy and have sleep bruxism and do not require medical treatment at a hospital. Patients who have received a full explanation of this study and who are able to provide written consent to participate in the study of their own free will.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smokers Excessive alcohol drinkers (average of 20g or more of pure alcohol per day) Those taking calcium antagonists and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors Those with insomnia or those who regularly use sleeping pills Those who are obese or underweight Those who have taken antibiotics within 3 months of starting the study Those with food allergies Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant Breastfeeding women
