Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age under 40 years at the time of radiography. (Radiography acquisition at age 40 years or younger) 2. Pathologically confirmed primary malignant bone tumor (osteosarcoma or Ewing sarcoma) with pathology report available. Physician diagnosis of normal bone, benign bone tumor, or other conditions. 3. Availability of radiographs meeting all the following criteria Images encompassing substantially the entire knee joint, OR encompassing the distal femur and proximal tibia (including the distal femoral metaphysis/diaphysis and proximal tibial metaphysis/diaphysis). Image bit depth over 8 bits. A minimum of two views per lesion, including at least one anteroposterior (AP) view and one lateral view. Images adequately visualizing substantially the entire extent of the tumor and deemed suitable for radiographic diagnosis. Prior performance of detailed cross-sectional imaging examinations, specifically Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The following images will be excluded Images where medical materials such as cement, metallic implants, or drains are present within the area of the tumor. Images unsuitable for interpretation due to the presence of non-medical items, such as clothing or jewelry, within the tumor area. Images showing joint disease with deformities clearly resulting from traumatic, degenerative, or metabolic conditions. Images acquired in non-standard projections (e.g., oblique views) or with irregular patient positioning (e.g., significant knee flexion), excluding standard frontal (Anteroposterior) and lateral views. Images of bone tumors originating from the fibula. 2. Individuals whose images have already been used as training data during the development phase of this program. 3. Individuals considered unsuitable as subjects for this research for any other reason.
