Head position adjustment during nasal intubation using a video laryngoscope (McGRTH MAC) (a group without a pillow and a group with a pillow that maintains the head position at a height of 7 cm)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled for nasal intubation under general anesthesia 2) Patients aged 18 to 85 years and with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status (PS) of I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled for emergency surgery 2 Patients with ASA PS III, IV, or V 3) Obese patients (body mass index: BMI > 30) 4) Patients with cognitive impairment 5) Patients with cervical spine disease
