Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are over the age of 18 at the time of consent acquisition. 2. Patients who are scheduled for thoracic surgery by thoracoscopy or thoracotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pneumothorax as a result of a chest X-ray examination. 2. Patients whom the attending physician has determined are difficult to participate in the study due to reduced comprehension, unstable mental state, or similar reasons. 3. Others whom the attending physician has judged to be inappropriate for participation in this study.
