Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 age old over, 80 age old not at the time of obtaining the imformed consent 2. Patients who have a sufficient understanding and has obtained the informed consent after receiving a sufficient explanation for participating in this study 3. Patients diagnosed with MMPRT 4. BMI is less than 30 kg/m2 5. Femoral tibia angle (FTA) is less than 180 degrees or less 6. Kellgren-Lawrence grade 0, 1, or 2 7. Koshino stage 0, 1, or 2 8. The duration from MMPRT injury to surgery is less than 4 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications such as sensitization or allergies to Wayolax with needle or Fiberwire 2. Patients who are judged to be unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator and the investigator
