Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical providers (e.g., doctors, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, diagnostic radiographers, clinical laboratory technicians, paramedics, certified clinical psychologists, certified public psychologists, social workers, psychiatric social workers) who work at Tottori University Faculty of Medicine Hospital during the clinical study period 2. Individuals who provide consent

MeasureTime frame
- Self-report surveys (i.e., Minority Recognition Scale, and the ATLG-J20) will be used to evaluate changes in medical providers' "knowledge," "attitudes," "understanding," "tolerance," and "mental preparedness" for clinical practice concerning individuals with minority status.
