Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients who meet all of the following criteria: 1) Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma by imaging or histological examination. 2) Patients scheduled to receive treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors. 3) Men and women aged 20 or older when obtaining consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients meeting any of the following criteria will not be included in this clinical study: 1) Patients with tumors originating from other organs. 2) Others deemed unsuitable as patients by the principal investigator for this study.

MeasureTime frame
Blood samples will be collected from patients with unresectable advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) before and after treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors (regardless of treatment regimen or line), and circulating tumor cells (CTC) will be measured to verify the usefulness of CTC count in assessing treatment efficacy.
