Patients will be randomly assigned to receive five squirts of lidocaine spray or placebo before sedation.

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing EUS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age<18years. Patient performed ERCP, EUS-FNA and esophagogastroduodenoscopy in same day. ASA-PS 4-5. Allergy for lidocaine, midazoram and pethidine Pregnant woman Past surgery or radiotherapy for Intraoral to laryngopharynx
